The PRRB is the administrative forum for appeals from Medicare providers who aren’t satisfied with the determinations of Medicare Administrative Contractors, according to the posting. The PRRB has five board members who are appointed by the HHS secretary and serve three-year terms.

Candidates should have knowledge of provider reimbursement principles in the Medicare Act and PRRB regulations. Any interested person or organization can nominate one or more candidates by sending materials to CMS. Today is the last day to send in nominations, according to the posting.
