The award recognizes providers “that have excelled in meeting industry standard revenue cycle benchmarks, implemented the patient-centered recommendations and best practices embodied in HFMA’s Best Practices for Patient Financial Communications and achieved outstanding patient satisfaction,” HFMA said in a news release.
