RSource will be Hennepin Healthcare’s partner for its Veteran Administration claims recovery program and its coordination of benefits and patient involvement denials recovery program.

“The coordination of benefits program has proven to be very beneficial to help patients with what information is needed to get their insurance to pay the claim(s). This is a win-win for both the hospital/physician and the patient. When working VA accounts there are many nuances and the payment turnaround is extremely slow,” Dawn Patton, the health system’s director of patient financial services, said in a news release. “The fact that RSource specializes in getting these claims billed and paid will allow me to shift my staff to other pertinent accounts.”
