In addition to RCM and practice management services for GDI, HAP will provide credentialing services for the radiology practice, the companies said.
Regarding the acquisition, GDI President Tanya Geiger-Bromery, MD, said, “We were searching for a partner to help us keep pace with the rapidly changing healthcare reimbursement environment as it impacts radiology. We feel confident facing the challenges ahead knowing that HAP is working as a true business partner of our practice.”
