Here are three things to know.
1. HAP offers outsourced billing, coding and practice management solutions. Coastal Imaging comprises several radiology groups and nearly 40 physicians, according to a news release. It serves patients at four New Jersey medical centers: Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, Ocean Medical Center in Brick, and Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin.
2. As part of the agreement, HAP will manage the billing process for physician services provided across the four medical centers, the release states.
3. In the release, HAP President Brian Effron, said of the agreement: “With so many changes taking place in the nation’s healthcare system, there are no small challenges ahead for radiologists. What HAP offers them is an experienced team of radiology experts and a data-driven solution set that is both proven and future-ready.”
