Health Management Associates, Integris Health Executes Joint Venture for 5 Oklahoma Hospitals

Integris Health in Oklahoma City has executed a definitive agreement with Health Management Associates in Naples, Fla., to joint venture five Oklahoma hospitals, according to an Integris Health news release.

The five hospitals to be joint-ventured are Integris Blackwell (Okla.) Regional Hospital; Clinton (Okla.) Regional Hospital; Marshall County Medical Center in Madill, Okla.; Mayes County Medical Center in Pryor, Okla.; and Seminole (Okla.) Medical Center.

After the joint venture’s completion on March 1, HMA will operate 71 hospitals nationwide.
