To make it onto the annual list, which comprises the world’s best outsourcing service providers, GeBBS excelled in the five main categories: size and growth, customer references, awards and certifications, programs for innovation and corporate social responsibility, according to a news release.

Judging for the list is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members.
