Memorial Hospital recorded an estimated net loss of $983,095 in July. Memorial Hospital CEO Billy Walker attributed the deficit, in part, to $400,000 in uncollected patient accounts and $300,000 in unprocessed claims, according to the article.
Former Memorial CFO Bill Huling vacated his position last month, Mr. Walker told The Post Searchlight. The hospital has partnered with Jackson Executives to find new financial leadership.
Memorial does not plan to hire outside financial consultants.
