- HB 7087, a proposal to allow out-of-state physicians to provide telehealth services to Florida residents.
- HB 423, which allows registered nurse practitioners and physician assistants to prescribe narcotics and other drugs.
- HB 1175, a bill that creates greater price transparency, but does not include restrictions to stop what Gov. Rick Scott calls “price gouging.”
- HB 85, which establishes recovery centers for patients 72 hours after surgery and extends the time patients can stay at ASCs to a full 24 hours.
