Ms. Benavides was previously the corporate compliance officer for Tenet. In her new position, she will report directly to the quality, compliance and ethics committee of Tenet’s board of directors.
Ms. Benavides replaces Audrey Andrews, who was recently named as Tenet’s senior vice president and general council.
