Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems experienced the biggest increase: 4.1 percent. King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services’ shares rose by 1.27 percent, while Tenet Healthcare Corp., based in Dallas, saw its stock go up by 0.97 percent.
Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America and Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals saw increases of 0.81 percent and 0.29 percent, respectively.
