For-profit hospital stock report: Week ending Nov. 15

Four major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices rise last week.

Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw the greatest increase, 11.3 percent.

Here’s how the major four operators stacked up as of Nov. 15:

  • Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.): $3.14 per share (up 11.3 percent).
  • HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): $138.05 per share (up 0.9 percent).
  • Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $30.55 per share (up 2.9 percent).
  • Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $144.27 per share (up 2.2 percent).
