Fitch upgrades SoutheastHEALTH’s rating to ‘BB+’

Fitch Ratings has upgraded the rating to “BB+” from “B” on Cape Girardeau, Mo.-based SoutheastHEALTH’s $90.5 million of series 2007 revenue bonds.

The rating upgrade is based on a number of factors, including SoutheastHealth’s sustained operating profitability improvements and revenue cycle improvements.

The outlook is stable.
