Fitch upgrades Children’s Hospital of Orange County to ‘A+’

Fitch Ratings upgraded the rating to “A+” from “A” on Calif.-based Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s outstanding debt.

The upgrade is a result of several factors, including the hospital’s improved financials, leading market position, growing liquidity metrics, feasible future capital spending and manageable debt burden.

The outlook is stable.
