Fitch revises Memorial Hospital at Gulfport’s outlook to stable

Fitch Ratings has revised Memorial Hospital at Gulfport (Miss.)’s outlook to stable from negative.

Fitch also downgraded the rating to “BBB” from “A” on MHG’s $59.6 million of series 2001A revenue bonds. The downgrade is based on several factors, including MHG’s sharp decline in liquidity.

In addition, Fitch assigned a “BBB” rating to MHG’s $60 million of series 2016A revenue bonds.
