Fitch Ratings has revised Memorial Hospital at Gulfport (Miss.)'s outlook to stable from negative.
Fitch also downgraded the rating to "BBB" from "A" on MHG's $59.6 million of series 2001A revenue bonds. The downgrade is based on several factors, including MHG's sharp decline in liquidity.
In addition, Fitch assigned a "BBB" rating to MHG's $60 million of series 2016A revenue bonds.
