Fitch revises Blanchard Valley Health System’s outlook to positive

Fitch Ratings has revised Findlay, Ohio-based Blanchard Valley Health System’s outlook to positive from stable.

The outlook revision is based on a number of factors, including BVHS’ dominant market position, strengthening liquidity and moderate debt burden.

Fitch has also affirmed the “A” rating on BVHS’ series 2011A hospital facility revenue bonds, affecting $103.4 million.
