Fitch rates Providence Health & Services’ bonds

Fitch Ratings has assigned an “AA” rating to Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health & Services’ $71.1 million of series 2015C revenue bonds.

The rating assignment was based on several factors, including PH&S’ strong market positions, improved operating performance and excellent business practices.

The rating outlook is stable.
