Fitch’s concerns about the nonprofit sector center on industry pressures that will continue to influence operating performance and drive consolidation. However, the portfolio remains relatively strong, with a median rating of “A.”

Fitch will host a teleconference this Thursday at 2:00 p.m. EDT to discuss the agency’s medians for nonprofit health systems and hospitals. The toll-free dial-in number for the conference is 877-467-8597, and the conference ID is 80250904.
