Fitch assigns ‘BB/RR4’ rating to LifePoint Health’s notes

Fitch Ratings has assigned a “BB/RR4” rating to Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health’s $400 million of senior notes, which will mature in 2024.

The rating assignment is based on a number of factors, including LifePoint’s relatively low leverage and its recent acquisitions, which have been driving better results.

The outlook is stable.
