Fitch assigns ‘AA-‘ rating to Oregon Health and Science University’s bonds

Fitch Ratings has assigned an “AA-” rating to Portland-based Oregon Health and Science University’s series 2016B revenue bonds, affecting approximately $197 million.

The rating assignment is based on a number of factors, including strong financial performance, growing integration and a significant boost in fundraising.

The outlook is stable.
