Fitch assigns ‘AA-‘ rating to McLaren Health Care’s bonds

Fitch Ratings has assigned an “AA-” rating to Flint, Mich.-based McLaren Health Care’s $154 million of series 2016 revenue bonds.

The rating assignment is based on several factors, including McLaren’s leading market share in its primary service area.

The outlook is stable.

Fitch also affirmed the “AA-” rating on McLaren’s $495 million of bonds and withdrew the “AA-” rating on McLaren’s series 2008A bonds.
