The rating assignment is based on several factors, including McLaren’s leading market share in its primary service area.
The outlook is stable.
Fitch also affirmed the “AA-” rating on McLaren’s $495 million of bonds and withdrew the “AA-” rating on McLaren’s series 2008A bonds.
