Fitch assigns 'AA-' long-term rating to Trinity Health

Fitch Ratings assigned an "AA-" long-term rating to Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health, affecting $175 million of bonds.

The rating reflects Trinity Health's strong financial profile assessment and significant market presence in multiple states, which will support continued capital spending and liquidity growth.

The rating outlook is stable.
