Fitch assigns ‘A’ rating to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital

Fitch Ratings has assigned an “A” rating and an “A” issuer default rating to Knoxville-based East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.

The ratings reflect the hospital’s position as a regional pediatric referral center for a 16-county area and improved financial performance in fiscal year 2018.

The rating outlook is stable.
