Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Mineola, N.Y.-based Winthrop-University Hospital's $130.2 million of series 2012 bonds.
The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including WUH's solid market position and strong start to fiscal year 2016.
The outlook is stable.
