Fitch affirms Virginia Hospital Center’s ‘AA-‘ rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed its “AA-” rating on Arlington-based Virginia Hospital Center’s series 2010 hospital revenue bonds, affecting $122.1 million.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including Virginia Hospital Center’s excellent liquidity, maintained strong profitability and stable volumes despite its location in a competitive service area.

The outlook is stable.
