Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Knoxville, Tenn.-based University Health System's series 2007 revenue bonds, affecting $198 million.
The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including UHS' improving operating performance and market presence as the only academic medical center in the area.
The outlook is stable.
