Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “AAA” rating on San Antonio-based University Health System’s series 2008, 2009A, 2009B and 2010B aggregate COs, affecting $695.6 million.
The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including the system’s sound financial profile and the stable economy in the area.
The outlook is stable.
