Fitch affirms Reading Hospital’s ‘A+’ rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the “A+” rating on Reading (Pa.) Hospital’s bonds, including:

  • $160.1 million of series 2012A bonds
  • $91.8 million of series 2012B bonds
  • $107.6 million of series 2009A-3 bonds

The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including Reading Hospital’s improved performance in fiscal year 2016, solid liquidity and stable core operations.

The outlook is stable.
