Fitch affirms Princeton HealthCare System’s ‘BBB’ rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the “BBB” rating on Plainsboro, N.J.-based Princeton HealthCare System’s $188 million of series 2016 bonds.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including PHCS’ moderating debt position, improving operating performance and adequate market position.

The outlook is stable.
