Fitch affirms Meritus Medical Center’s ‘BBB’ rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “BBB” rating on Hagerstown, Md.-based Meritus Medical Center’s $257.3 million of series 2015 bonds.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including Meritus’ leading market share in its service area and its solid fiscal year 2015 financial results.

The outlook is stable.
