Fitch affirms King’s Daughters’ Health’s bond rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “BBB+” rating on Madison, Ind.-based King’s Daughters’ Hospital and Health Services’ series 2010 revenue bonds, affecting approximately $97.9 million.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including KDH’s leading market share and return to solid operations in 2014.

Credit concerns include KDH’s relatively small revenue base.

The rating outlook is stable.
