Fitch affirms HonorHealth’s ‘A’ rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the “A” rating on Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HonorHealth’s outstanding debt, including its:

  • $336.8 million of series 2014A bonds
  • $52.4 million of series 2008A bonds
  • $89.4 million of series 2006F bonds
  • $58.2 million of series 2006C bonds

HonorHealth is the new entity formed after Scottsdale (Ariz.) Healthcare Hospitals and Phoenix-based John C. Lincoln Health Network merged in 2015.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including HonorHealth’s adequate financial performance and solid geographic footprint.

The outlook is stable.
