Fitch affirms ‘A-‘ on Beloit Health System, revises outlook to positive

Fitch Ratings affirmed its “A-” rating on Beloit (Wis.) Health System’s revenue bonds, affecting $42.9 million of debt.

Concurrently, Fitch assigned its “A-” issuer default rating to the health system.

The affirmation and assignment are based on several factors, including the health system’s strong market position, favorable payer mix, consistent operating profitability and solid leverage position.

The outlook has been revised to positive from stable.
