President Barack Obama’s recently announced deficit cuts to Medicare and Medicaid would greatly impact Kansas’ Medicaid program, he said in the report. It is estimated roughly $720 million would be cut over several years.
Mr. Colyer added Kansas needs a system that incents employers to hire people with disabilities and provide care coordination to its neediest people.
