Through the acquisition, eSolutions will “expand its footprint outside of existing markets in the healthcare industry,” the companies said. They also noted the acquisition “promises greater diversification within the FQHC [federally qualified health center], ambulatory, ASC, hospital-owned physician markets,” among others.
“RemitDATA’s technology will provide significant upgrades to our customers’ reporting and analytics services,” eSolutions President and CEO Gene Creach said. “RemitDATA fits perfectly into our existing customer base, while also providing a featured service for the ASC market.”
RemitDATA CEO Dave Ellett added, “By combining expertise and offerings, we will be able to achieve results far beyond what each could achieve as standalone businesses. The new entity will strengthen our product suite and the ability to cross‐sell into our respective customer bases.”
