ePAY Healthcare rolls out Loyale platform

ePAY Healthcare, a provider of personalized self-service payment applications, is launching an enhanced suite of services for healthcare providers.

Its new platform, Loyale, combines ePAY Healthcare’s established patient engagement and payment platform with technology-enabled solutions.

Loyale involves predictive analytics, along with personalized communication workflows and revenue cycle management. Its aim is to improve provider revenues through better patient engagement while reducing the actual and reputation-related costs associated with bad debt and collections administration, ePAY Healthcare said.
