Ensemble Health Partners sells patient engagement business

Ensemble Health Partners has completed the divestiture of its Odeza patient engagement business to TeleVox.

Ensemble CEO and President Judson Ivy said in a Sept. 5 news release the decision reinforces the company’s commitment to its core mission of “transforming revenue cycle operations and delivering superior financial results so health systems can continue delivering exceptional care in their communities.”

TeleVox is a subsidiary of West Technology Group. Financial details of the transaction were not included in the news release.
