The company’s rebranding will take effect in the fourth quarter of this year. Affiliated business units, including Chamberlain Edmonds and Associates, EquiClaim and TC3, Goold Health Systems, HTMS and Altegra Health will begin to align under the new branding.

“The decision to evolve our brand reflects our significant and exciting business transformation over the past three years,” said Neil de Crescenzo, CEO and President of Emdeon. “Today we serve virtually all constituencies in the healthcare system. It is critical that our brand reflects the full breadth and depth of our innovation and capabilities.”

Emdeon provides software and analytics, as well as technology-enabled services, aimed at improving healthcare communication, payments and actionable insights.
