Edward Hospital to Open $63.7M Addition

Edward Hospital in Naperville, Ill., is opening a $63.7 million addition, according to a Daily Herald report.

The two-story, 86,500-square-foot addition will expand the medical and surgical intensive care unit from 13 beds to 24 beds. It also includes a new 36-bed Orthopedic and Spine Center, which features a rehab gym.

The hospital will move patients into the Orthopedic and Spine Center on July 8 and into the ICU on July 9, according to the report.
