eClinicalWorks earns award for RCM solution

Westborough, Mass.-based eClinicalWorks, a healthcare IT service provider, garnered Frost & Sullivan’s 2017 North American Customer Value Leadership Award for physician practice revenue cycle management.

Frost & Sullivan, a San Antonio-based business consulting firm, reviewed eClinicalWorks Revenue Cycle Management based on two elements — customer and business impact. The firm assigned award candidates ratings based on a performance scorecard and visually analyzed each contender.

Koustav Chatterjee, Frost & Sullivan digital health industry analyst, said, “eClinicalWorks has assembled progressive technology modules that digitize the entire billing ecosystem end-to-end.
