CVS CEO Larry Merlo told analysts and stockholders Tuesday CVS would lose many of its prescriptions due to deals pharmacy competitor Walgreens signed with large health benefits plans like Prime Therapeutics.

“Very recent pharmacy network changes in the marketplace are expected to cause some retail prescriptions to begin migrating out of our pharmacies this quarter,” Mr. Merlo said, according to Forbes.
