CVS Health CEO David Joyner earned $17.8 million in total compensation in 2024.
The company reported compensation data for its six highest-paid executives in its annual proxy report, published April 4.
Mr. Joyner was named CEO of the company in October. He was previously president of CVS Caremark. Karen Lynch, CVS Health’s former CEO, earned $23.4 million in 2024, up from $21.6 million in 2023.
Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer Heidi Capozzi earned a $1.5 million bonus in 2024.
