Officials said the LUMEDX software-as-a-service solution will provide Springfield, Mo.-based CoxHealth with comprehensive cardiovascular data management that leverages existing clinical systems, connects isolated data sources, integrates with the enterprise EHR/EMR, eliminates redundant data collection and provides data intelligence tools.
LUMEDX software applications to be deployed at CoxHealth hospitals include:
- Physician structured reporting
- CardioPACS image management
- Analytics dashboards and reports
- Billing and charge capture
- Integration suite
“We believe the tools offered by LUMEDX will help us make better decisions for our patients and health system,” James Ceasar, MD, CoxHealth’s medical director of cardiovascular services, said in a prepared statement. “The analytic tools will provide close to real-time information on our quality and financial data, which, in turn, will allow us to become a more nimble service line.”
