Cottage Children’s Medical Center receives $54k gift

Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Cottage Children’s Medical Center received a $54,067 check from two local credit unions last week, according to a news release.

SESLOC Federal Credit Union and CoastHills Federal Credit Union presented the check to the hospital following an annual Children’s Miracle Network fundraiser called Credit Unions for Kids Wine Auction, the release states. The event raises funds for CMN hospitals in California and Nevada.

Overall, the event this year brought in more than $1 million.
