The release of the online tool is crafted ahead of Medicare’s annual enrollment period, which is beginning earlier this year on Oct. 15.

CMS Administrator Donald Berwick, MD, said the Medicare Plan Finder can also help health providers and caregivers counsel seniors and people with disabilities to select the plan that best fits their needs.

People can utilize Medicare Plan Finder at www.medicare.gov.
