CMS launched the MAC Satisfaction Indicator to measure providers’ and suppliers’ level of satisfaction with their MACs – private organizations that carry out the administrative responsibilities of Medicare Parts A and B. The agency will use the results to increase efficiency, monitor trends and improve oversight.
Interested providers must register to use the MAC Satisfaction Indicator. Registration began July 8 and is only available for a limited time.
