Pinnacle provides physician compensation and business valuation, coding and transactional support, among other services, for healthcare organizations. Clinical Benchmarking specializes in “guaranteed expense reductions focused on physician preference item and facility reporting.”
The companies said the acquisition “will broaden Pinnacle’s current cardiovascular supply chain capabilities” and “expands the value Pinnacle can bring to both current and new clients around expense reduction, gainsharing, hospital quality and efficiency program development.”
