The Franklin, Tenn.-based hospital chain’s stock price traded as low as $1.92 on Aug. 2 after closing Aug. 1 at $2 per share. During the past year, CHS shares have traded between $1.92 and $5.35.
CHS is slated to release its second-quarter financial results after market close on Aug. 5. The company ended the first quarter of this year with a net loss of $118 million on revenues of $3.38 billion. That’s compared to the first quarter of 2018, when CHS reported a net loss of $25 million on revenues of $3.69 billion.
