CHS to Offer $1B in Senior Notes

Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems plans to offer $1 billion in senior unsecured notes due in 2019, according to a CHS news release.

CHS plans to use net proceeds to finance the purchase of other senior notes that are due in 2015.
